26/04/2012 Replace immediately. A trick I use to remove suck or rusted parts is one my grandfather taught me to many years ago. I take a 50/50 mixture of kerosene and antifreeze and soak the problem. A soaked rag wrapped around your shaft should work. 01/12/2006 To get a blade adapter off I always put a block of steel under the crankshaft just above the adapter and (((shock))) it off hitting it with a hammer.So use eye protection.Once in a great while they may brake before coming off.But there only$3-$4.00 Ea.
