I discovered the air filter has came off and likely has been running without an air filter for a while. I tried to repair it by taking the carburettor apart, spraying with carb cleaner to remove gunks, after putting everything back together, and change the engine oil and all the petrol, it still won’t start by itself by pulling the starter string.
